Twin Cities - back road meanders

The schnauzer and I will be sidecarring up to Duluth on Friday on a combination of highways 61, 23, and various dirt roads along the St. Croix. Anyone with a sidecar, or anyone who doesn't mind riding dirt roads, who is up for a slow boat back road trek is welcome.

I'll have the day off on Friday, so I plan to depart sometime before noon and take my time getting to Duluth. I'm on the northwest side, in Crystal.
