Employee appreciation

I live here and as such have been in the shop many, many times. I know how hot it get's there, and how hard the people there work. I think the people who work so hard to make all this possible, and who are the first line of defense literally for us, should be recognized in some way.

I know there is no lack of openminded creative thinkers within your walls, and I for one would like to see these folks involved in some way.
